Board of Managers.

Purpose: The Board of managers of EconoPure Water Systems (a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation) is ultimately responsible for the stewardship of the Corporation. It does not actively manage but rather provides fiduciary oversight and oversees the day-to-day management delegated to the Chief Executive Officer.  

In Addition to Daniel Bertram (CEO), the Board of Managers includes:

James V. Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell has 24 years of experience in venture capital financing of development stage companies. He founded Meier Mitchell & Company in 1984 (later renamed GATX Ventures), which under his leadership provided in excess of $2 billion in venture debt and equity financing to early stage (pre-public) technology and biomedical companies in the United States, Canada and Europe.

He currently serves as a member of the Investment Committee of ETV Capital, a venture debt provider in Europe and Israel, and is on the Board of Advisors of Partners for Growth, LLC, a San Francisco based venture investment firm. Mr. Mitchell has lectured on venture investing at the University of California.

R.S. Moorthy – CFO – Eureka Forbes Limited., India

Mr. Moorthy is responsible for leading Eureka Forbes’ financial and legal departments. Has been with Eureka Forbes for 30 years. He previously was Sr. Accounts Officer for General Electric Company of India Limited.

Thomas J. Motherway, Corporate Secretary (non BOM member)

Mr. Motherway retired as general partner of Montrose & Co. in Reno Nevada. Prior to joining the Montrose firm he was president of Boeing Capital Corporation, president of McDonnell Douglas Realty and, prior yet, he was executive vice president of Saffell & McAdam, Inc.
Before starting a business career he was engaged in the trial and appellate practice of law in St. Louis Missouri at Hullverson, Richardson, Hullverson. He was licensed to practice law in Missouri and California. While living in the St. Louis area he was elected Municipal Judge in Bridgeton, Missouri in a non-partisan race. He received his JD and BS from St. Louis University.
